When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 12 PM Pacific Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Monday through Thursday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1 PM Pacific on Friday will be processed the following business day Monday. Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

For orders under 10 pounds we have a flat rate shipping of $20.
Orders over $40 CAD may be subject to Duty/Taxes.

When do you ship?
If you're a new customer, we will ship your Pequena, Mediana, or Grande MexiCrate within 48 hours of the order date. For recurring orders, all boxes will ship the 1st week of the month. For One Time orders: Items will ship within 48 hours from when the order is placed.
How does it work?
You place an order and we get to work selecting the absolute best and most authentic Mexican products for you to enjoy. We then package them and ship them right to your doorstep!
Do you ship worldwide?
We do. However, international shipments may experience Covid-Related delays. Always check your tracking number.
How much is shipping?
For domestic subscription boxes, the shipping is a flat rate.
Do you ship to military addresses?
Yes, we ship worldwide and to all APO / FPO addresses. **However, double check the address before submitting to make sure all relevant info is included. Also, please make sure you select USA as the country on the military address regardless of where they are stationed.
How long does it take to deliver?
Once a package departs our warehouse, you should expect delivery within 3-5 days depending on your distance from California. But there are certain instances that delivery may take as long as 10 days for domestic shipments. For international orders, shipping can take longer due to customs clearance and other factors out of our control.
My package got sent back to you. Now what?
Often if your package gets sent back to us it's because of an incorrect/incomplete address was provided, or USPS was unable to deliver it to you. In this case, we will offer one free complimentary replacement for active members.
For international return to senders, we are unfortunately not able to offer a free replacement. Please double check your address before submitting your order.
Where is my second box?
If you purchase a subscription later in the month, your shipments will automatically be pushed back an additional month. For example, if you purchased a subscription on January 31st, your first order will ship within 48 hours and your next box will be shipped out the first week of March. After that, you will receive monthly shipments.
Why can't I pick my own candy?
We have access to over 1,000 SKUs of candy & snacks, and it would get a bit overwhelming if we made you pick from that list. However, our professional candy curators are trained to create the absolute best balanced variety in each box every month. As an alternative, you can purchase individual bags of candy from the Mexicrate Candy store.
What kind of variety is in MexiCrate?
We have access to over 1,000 SKUs of Mexican candy and snacks. This means that your MexiCrate box can contain a wide array of different flavors, from spicy, sweet, sour, salty, chocolate and more!
Where can I buy individual candy without a subscription?

Do you offer bulk ordering for parties/events or corporate packages?
Yes! Please inquire at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reach out to you to discuss your requirements and needs. We can drop ship to individual locations and provide bulk custom ordering for parties, non-profit raffles, corporate packages and more.
What does Prepay mean?
Prepay is a type of subscription plan that we offer. This allows you to pay for several subscription renewals and shipments upfront. If you purchase a 3 Month Prepay, then you are only charged every 3 months, and you will save 10% per box.
Prepay subscriptions will renew. If you would like to purchase this plan for someone as a gift, great! Please advise that you must cancel before your renewal date to avoid unnecessary charges.
How do I change my address or cancel?

How do I know if my subscription has been cancelled?
A cancelation confirmation email gets sent and your subscription status will show as cancelled.
I canceled but I was still charged? Why?
Each month, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal date, you will receive another box that will be produced and then shipped the first week of the following month. Renewal dates are important because it gives us an idea of how many supplies to purchase and how many boxes to produce. With that in mind, once the renewal happens we cannot guarantee that a refund can be given because we have purchased supplies to make your box (and many others).
Keep in mind, however, if you canceled your subscription, you will not be charged again the following month.
Do you offer refunds?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not refund you until we have received the item and approved its condition.
