Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are received. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except for National Holidays.

Once a package departs our warehouse, you should expect delivery within 2-7 days depending on your distance from California. But there are certain instances where delivery may take as long as 10 days. For international orders, shipping can take longer due to customs clearance and other factors out of our control.

We ship to the US and Canada only. Please note that we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that your order may incur. You may check with your local customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

For domestic subscription boxes, the shipping is a flat rate. 

  • Pequena: $5/box
  • Mediana: $6/box
  • Grande: $7/box

For all other items, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship worldwide and to all APO / FPO addresses. However, please double-check the address before submitting to make sure all relevant info is included. Please make sure you select US as the country on the military address, regardless of where they are stationed.

Only domestic US orders are eligible for free shipping over $75 APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses are only eligible for free shipping on orders $100 and up.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will not refund you until we have received the item and approved its condition.

Most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. If it has already shipped, the order can no longer be canceled.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must cancel before the renewal date has passed. Once the subscription order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Each month, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal date, you will receive another box that will be produced and then shipped the first week of the following month. Renewal dates are important because it gives us an idea of how many supplies to purchase and how many boxes to produce. With that in mind, once the renewal happens we cannot guarantee that a refund can be given because we have purchased supplies to make your box (and many others).

Keep in mind, however, if you canceled your subscription, you will not be charged again the following month.

Often if your package gets sent back to us it's because of an incorrect/incomplete address was provided, and the carrier was unable to deliver it to you. In this case, we will offer one free complimentary replacement for active subscribers only.

For international return to senders, we are unfortunately not able to offer a free replacement. Please double-check your address before submitting your order. 

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us and give us adequate response time to process and handle your request.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription later in the month, your shipments will automatically be pushed back an additional month. For example, if you purchased a subscription at the end of January, your first order will ship out right away and your second box will be shipped out the first week of March. After that, you will receive monthly shipments.

Please click here to log into your account, then click 'Manage Subscription'. From there, you can update your address, update your billing, or cancel your subscription.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is listed correctly on your order. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

A cancelation confirmation email will be sent to the email associated your subscription. Additionally, your subscription status will show as canceled in your account.
